Mike Harrison
CEO / Founder
Mike Harrison is both the founder and president of PCS and is currently overseeing the executive day-to-day operations of PCS. He studied at FSU, where he gained a degree and extensive knowledge in the field of electrical engineering. As an early adopter of the fiber optic field, Mike became a leader while working with Will Tel Communications. Notably, in the late 1980s, he was personally responsible for implementing a continuous fiber optics network from California to the East Coast of the United States. Since then, Mr. Harrison founded PCS in the fall of 2021. PCS has consistently developed and delivered software and proprietary hardware components involved in autonomous advancements with partners throughout Florida, Menlo Park, and Point Loma, California, and implemented data networks, fiber optics integration, and security systems throughout the entire Western Hemisphere. With a focus on advanced data center facilities and high-security AI data centers, PCS is also known for its innovative solutions like Preferred Cabling Lab (PCLabX).
Gary Nugent
CFO
Gary has advanced expertise in AI Sovereign Infrastructure and has been for the last 15+ yrs in the design, theory, and implementation of AI Low Voltage electrical security and communications. His merger into the Edge AI Inference space has been driven by the need for National Security and the lack of Sovereign facilities, overlooked by the huge Hyperscale expansion in the USA. With over 43 years of experience in Data Center integration, financial, and operational leadership, PCS prioritizes compliance, efficiency, and growth. As Chief Financial Officer, Gary oversees financial management, engineering integration, human resources, and legal compliance for this pioneering company. His expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams has supported quality-driven Data Network solutions in Data Centers, as well as in high-security AI data centers and hospitality/healthcare-focused systems, including access control, security, and fire alarm integration. This has established him as an industry leader in telecommunications for over 20 years. PCS thrives by upholding its commitment to quality and precision, supported by debt-free capital investments that fuel innovation. By merging financial acumen with low-voltage design and project engineering skills, PCS consistently delivers measurable value. The company’s mission is centered on maintaining its reputation as a trusted industry leader while fostering operational excellence and sustainable growth, as exemplified by initiatives such as Preferred Cabling Systems (PCLABX).
